1 person killed and 12 injured in Russian attack on Kharkiv

On 6 August, a Russian strike on Kharkiv killed one person and injured twelve others.

Quote: “Work continues in Kharkiv following the Russian strike. People are trapped under the rubble, help is provided to the greatest possible extent.
As of now, 12 individuals have been injured, and one, regrettably, has died.”
Background:
- Earlier, Russian forces carried out a missile attack on the city centre of Kharkiv on the morning of 6 August, damaging a clinic building. So far two people have turned to medics for assistance, and some people may be trapped under the rubble.
- Representatives of the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reported that a Russian missile hit near their regional consulting centre.
