50 private houses damaged in Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast this morning

Fifty private houses were damaged, including two that were destroyed, in a Russian attack on Kyiv Oblast in the early hours of Sunday, 18 August.

Quote: “As of 18:30, damage has been reported in six horticultural communities and three settlements in one of [Kyiv] Oblast’s districts.”
Details: The Kyiv Oblast Military Administration reported that 50 private houses were damaged in the attack, and two of them were destroyed.
Five cars, a workshop, and several garages and power lines were also damaged. There were no civilian casualties.
The military administration said that everyone affected by the attack has received assistance.
Background: Russian forces launched 16 aerial targets on Ukraine on the night of 17–18 August. Ukrainian air defence units have destroyed 13 of them: 2 ballistic missiles, 3 cruise missiles and 8 kamikaze drones.
