Taiwan shares end above 17,000 points on U.S. rally
Taipei, July 3 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan moved sharply higher Monday on buying sparked by the gains on U.S. markets at the end of last week and ongoing optimism over the development of artificial intelligence applications, dealers said.
