Thales Expands Avionics with Cobham Aerospace Buy

Thales has entered into exclusive negotiations to buy France-based Cobham Aerospace Communications for an enterprise value of $1.1 billion and said the acquisition is expected to bring yearly double-digit EBIT growth in the medium term.
