Olha Stefanishyna, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, has explained why President Volodymyr Zelenskyy sent an angry message ahead of the NATO summit in Vilnius: because of signals Ukraine had received about the wording of the final declaration being “watered down”.
