Rain forecast for parts of Taiwan as storm forms in South China Sea
Taipei, July 15 (CNA) Tropicl Storm Talim, which formed in the South China Sea on Saturday, is forecast to bring weekend rain to parts of Taiwan, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
