Ukrainian Foreign Minister reacts to attack on Crimean Bridge

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has commented on the attack on the Crimean (Kerch) Bridge which took place on the night of Monday, 17 July.
