Ukrainian Justice Ministry comments on victory in European Court of Human Rights in case filed by Russia

The Ministry of Justice has recalled the details of Russia’s lawsuit against Ukraine in the ECHR, in respect of which Moscow lost, and noted that this is a positive signal that the cases before the Court will continue to be considered, despite Russia’s suspended membership in the Council of Europe.
