Russian Defence Ministry claims “terrorist attacks against Russia” were being prepared in Odesa

The Russian Defence Ministry has reported that at night they conducted strikes using “high-precision” weapons allegedly on facilities “where terrorist acts against the Russian Federation were being prepared with the use of unmanned boats”.
