Flights disrupted as Typhoon Doksuri approaches Taiwan
Taipei, July 26 (CNA) Dozens of domestic and international flights have been canceled Wednesday as Typhoon Doksuri continued to move closer to Taiwan and was expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds.
