Taiwan shares tumble after Fitch cuts U.S. rating
Taipei, Aug. 2 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan fell by more than 300 points Wednesday amid unsettled market sentiment following a move by ratings agency Fitch to downgrade the U.S. credit rating, dealers said.
