Taiwan shares end lower but come off low amid U.S. volatility
Taipei, Aug. 4 (CNA) Shares in Taiwan closed slightly lower Friday after recouping most of their earlier losses, at a time when U.S. markets appeared volatile after ratings agency Fitch cut the United States’ credit rating, dealers said.
