Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine, has called the statement of one of NATO’s top officials, who spoke about the possibility of Ukraine’s membership in the Alliance in exchange for giving up the territories occupied by Russia, “a strange throw-in”.
