Ukraine’s Foreign Minister responds to criticism of counteroffensive

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, has commented on the “doubts” of the Western analysts concerning the Ukrainian counteroffensive and advised them to “make forecasts and long-term predictions carefully”.
