Tropical depression off Philippines could strengthen next week: CWB
Taipei, Aug. 23 (CNA) A tropical depression in waters northeast of the Philippines could strengthen into a tropical storm next week, but it is too early to tell whether it will have a direct impact on Taiwan, according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
