Office, school closures announced in Tainan and Kaohsiung due to typhoon
Taipei, Sept. 3 (CNA) Tainan and Kaohsiung City Governments as well as a number of counties have announced office and school closures for Monday in the wake of Typhoon Haikui making landfall in Taiwan.
