Haikui downgraded to tropical depression, sea warning lifted
Taipei, Sept. 5 (CNA) The sea warning for Haikui was lifted at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday after the then-tropical storm was downgraded to a tropical depression around 8 a.m., according to the Central Weather Bureau (CWB).
