EU Court of Justice lifts sanctions off Russian businessman for first time

On 6 September, for the first time ever, the European Court of Justice granted a lawsuit from a Russian businessman, in which he asked the court to remove his name from the updated EU sanctions lists, which will be made public in September and allows the sanctions to be lifted.
