National Guard member who prepared Russian attacks on Ukrainian TPPs detained in Kyiv

The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) has detained a Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) agent who was preparing new Russian attacks on Kyiv’s thermoelectric power plants. He turned out to be a contractor for one of the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine.
