Portugal to send five armoured vehicles to Ukraine

Following a meeting of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group, also known as the Ramstein group, Helena Carreiras, Portugal’s Minister of National Defence, announced that her country would provide Ukraine with five armoured vehicles.
