Luo Kuang-rui, leading proponent of hepatitis B vaccine, dies at 101
Taipei, April 23 (CNA) Luo Kuang-rui (įž å į), a former superintendent of Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) and pioneer of efforts to introduce universal hepatitis B vaccines for newborns in Taiwan, has died at the age of 101.
