Russians threaten to withhold medical help from Ukrainians without Russian passports

The Russian “authorities” of Zaporizhzhia Oblast are threatening to stop medical care for Ukrainians who have not obtained Russian passports, starting next year.

Details: It is reported that this statement was made by Yevgeny Balitskyi, the Russian-backed head of the occupation administration of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
Quote: “We are not in a hurry till New Year’s Eve. After the celebration, we will take stricter measures so that only citizens of the Russian Federation can live on our territory. This year a person can still receive medical care with a Ukrainian passport, but starting next year they will not.”
