UK’s Secretary of Foreign Affairs James Cleverly has said that Hamas is to blame for the death of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip.

- German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said earlier that Hamas has “taken the entire population” of Gaza hostage.
