Northeasterly winds to bring rain, cooler weather to Taiwan next week
Taipei, Oct. 15 (CNA) Seasonal northeasterly winds will affect Taiwan’s weather twice in the coming week, bringing more precipitation and lower temperatures, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said Sunday.
