Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov allowed shooting to kill at rallies that may take place in the Republic amid riots in Dagestan.

More details: In the spirit of Russian propaganda, he said that it is impossible to play along with Russia’s enemies and undermine the situation from within, including holding rallies and calling for violence.
