Temperatures forecast to dip below 20 degrees this week
Taipei, Nov. 6 (CNA) An approaching seasonal northeasterly wind system is forecast to bring temperatures in northern Taiwan below 20 degrees Celsius later this week, the Central Weather Administration (CWA) said Monday.
