All southbound lanes on new Zhongzheng Bridge to open Nov. 18
Taipei, Nov. 12 (CNA) The three southbound lanes on the new Zhongzheng Bridge, which is still under construction in the Greater Taipei area, will all be open to motorists by next week, the Taipei City government said Sunday.
