Life sentence upheld for man convicted in 2002 kidnapping and murder
Taipei, Nov. 13 (CNA) The Supreme Court on Monday upheld the life sentence of a man who took part in the kidnapping and murder of a friend’s neighbor, and then spent more than 20 years on the lam before being captured in Kaohsiung in April 2022.
