Russian hypersonic missile carrier jet refuelled in air twice on 14 November – Air Force
Pravda Ukraine
Ukraine’s Air Force has reported that a Russian MiG-31K fighter jet refuelled twice in the air during a flight on 14 November.
Source: Colonel Yurii Ihnat, the spokesman for the Air Force, on air with the We Are Ukraine TV channel
Quote: “This is not a record [of an air-raid warning’s duration – ed.], as last time it was 3.5 hours. We face new realities, and they [the Russians] have started doing things like refuelling. This time there were two in the air.”
Details: Ihnat urged people not to ignore the air-raid warnings and to stay in shelters until the all-clear is given.
Background: A large-scale air-raid warning was issued in Ukraine due to the take-off of a potential carrier of Kinzhal hypersonic missiles, which lasted for 2 hours and 40 minutes.
