Constitutional Court rules ballot recounting system unconstitutional
Taipei, Nov. 17 (CNA) The Constitutional Court ruled on Friday that Article 69-1 of the Public Officials Election And Recall Act, which stipulates that only legislators, the mayor of a municipality/city/county and indigenous candidates can apply to a court to recount ballots, is unconstitutional.
