Russians conduct assaults and attacks on 6 fronts – General Staff

The Russians conducted attacks and assault operations on six fronts and a total of 74 combat clashes have taken place at the front over the past 24 hours.

Quote: “Last night, the occupiers conducted another air strike on Ukraine, and a Shahed-136/131 drone attack is ongoing. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.”
Details: A total of 74 combat clashes took place over the course of the past day.
Russian forces launched 7 missile strikes and 29 airstrikes and conducted 36 attacks from multiple-launch rocket systems on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas.
In the area of responsibility of the Pivnich (North) Operational Strategic Group on the Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna fronts, Russian forces are maintaining their military presence in the border areas, conducting intense sabotage activities in order to prevent the redeployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened fronts, and increasing the density of mine barriers along the state border in Belgorod Oblast.
In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia Operational Strategic Group on the Kupiansk front, Russian forces conducted aircraft-supported assault operations near the settlements of Synkivka, Petropavlivsk in Kharkiv Oblast and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk Oblast, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 15 attacks.
On the Lyman front, Russian forces conducted unsuccessful assault operations near Serebrianka Forest in Luhansk Oblast.
On the Bakhmut front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 11 Russian attacks near the settlement of Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka and Andriivka in Donetsk Oblast. Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Defence Forces are continuing their assault operations south of Bakhmut in Donetsk Oblast, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the Russians and consolidating their positions.
In the area of responsibility of the Tavriia Operational Strategic Group on the Avdiivka front, Russian forces, with the support of aircraft, continue their attempts to surround Avdiivka. Ukrainian soldiers are firmly holding the defence, inflicting significant losses on the Russians. Russian offensive operations to the east of Novokalynove, Novobakhmutivka, Stepove, Avdiivka, Sieverne and Pervomaiske in Donetsk Oblast were unsuccessful. Ukraine’s Defence Forces repelled 30 attacks there.
On the Marinka front, Russian forces, with the support of aircraft, conducted unsuccessful assault operations near the settlements of Marinka and Novomykhailivka in Donetsk Oblast, where Ukrainian soldiers repelled 10 attacks.
Russian forces did not conduct any offensive (assault) operations, on the Shakhtarsk front.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, Russian forces unsuccessfully tried to regain their lost position near Robotyne and Novopokrovka in Zaporizhzhia Oblast seven times.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Defence Forces are continuing to conduct offensive operations on the Melitopol front, inflicting losses in military personnel and equipment on the Russian occupying forces and exhausting them along the entire frontline.
In the area of responsibility of the Odesa Operational Strategic Group on the Kherson front, Ukrainian defenders are continuing to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River, conducting counter-battery operations and striking the Russian rear.
Ukraine’s Air Force launched nine attacks on areas where Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment were concentrated.
Ukraine’s Rocket Forces and Artillery struck two command posts, four clusters of Russian military personnel, weapons and equipment, two artillery pieces, and one logistical centre.
