AISL Harrow Scholarships Supporting Educational Excellence

Star students hoping to land one of the generous AISL Harrow Scholarships for 2024-2026 have two more weeks to submit their applications.

The scheme, which offers full funding for a two-year A-Level programme at one of the AISL Harrow Family of Schools now operating in Asia, is accepting entries up until 8 December and is open to candidates from Hong Kong and further afield.

A total of 20 scholarships opportunities are available, with each successful applicant eligible to receive full tuition, boarding and examination fees, altogether equivalent to an estimated value of around RMB750,000.

Importantly, though, with that comes the opportunity to benefit from a much sought after Harrow-branded education, which promises to unlock individual potential, develop all-round talents, and encourage meaningful contributions within the school community and in the years ahead.

“The key objective is to promote the advancement of education by providing scholarships for academically gifted students from around the world,” said Dr Rosanna Wong, DBE, JP, board member of the AISL Harrow Scholarships Foundation, which was founded in May 2022 as part of a broader range of corporate social responsibility initiatives. “AISL aims to create a positive impact in our communities by fostering the development of talented individuals with the potential to shape a brighter future for our world.”

Ten schools are taking part in the current round of the scheme. This includes the AISL Harrow Schools in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen Qianhai, Haikou and Bangkok. Four others, getting involved for the first time this year, are in Hengqin, Chongqing, Nanning, and Appi in Japan.

Each school will award up to two scholarships and, not surprisingly, any candidate should be ready for a competitive selection process which is overseen by experienced educators and members of the AISL executive committee.
