Details: Baza reported that drones sought to strike an oil depot in Crimea. The attempted attack took place at around 05:00 (04:00 Kyiv time). Two aircraft-type drones had been heading towards the Sea Oil Terminal oil depot, but the Russian occupying forces shot them down.
The first UAV detonated in midair, leaving only wreckage on the territory of the oil depot, whereas the other fell 70 metres from one of the tanks. No casualties were reported.
The Russian Defence Ministry claimed that a total of 41 Ukrainian drones had been shot down over the Azov Sea and Crimea overnight and in the morning.
The Crimean Wind Telegram channel, citing its followers, reported a string of explosions in Feodosiia, as well as explosions in the town of Staryi Krym and the city of Kerch. The Russian troops were likely shooting down air targets. Traffic on the Crimean Bridge was suspended for over 4 hours overnight.
The Crimean Wind reported that a Pantsir-S1 air defence system was responding from the territory of the oil depot in Feodosiia during the Ukrainian attack.
Power outages occurred in some parts of Kerch.
Moreover, Crimean Wind mentioned reports that “the Zalyv Shipbuilding Yard in Kerch was affected”; however, this information needs to be confirmed. Several warships are under construction at the Kerch shipyard. A new Askold small missile boat was destroyed by a Ukrainian missile on 4 November.
