Zelenskyy should create an engineering council with drone manufacturers – high-profile volunteer

Mariia Berlinska, director of the Aerial Reconnaissance Support Centre, a veteran and a volunteer, believes that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy should create an engineering equivalent of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief and involve leading Ukrainian drone manufacturers.
Source: Mariia Berlinska, a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, head of the Victory Drones volunteer project at the Dignitas charity foundation and director of the Aerial Reconnaissance Support Centre, in an interview with Ukrainska Pravda (which will be translated shortly)
Quote: “I see no other way out than for the president to take personal control of the development of military technology in the country.
I have talked to most manufacturers. They are ready to work if they have a clear understanding of the need for the state, for the contact line. No one will ask for any money for this, because everyone understands what it is for.
We are ready to help communicate with the manufacturers, form these teams, formulate specific technical tasks, and only in this way can we talk about being level (with Russia on the battlefield – UP).”
Details: Berlinska said that due to the lack of a clear state policy on the development of the aerial reconnaissance industry, Ukraine is currently “not even in a stalemate, but in a momentum of loss” when Russia has a technological advantage in this area.
