Apartment block in Kyiv evacuated due to missile attack

The evacuation of the residents of an apartment block has been carried out in the Dniprovskyi district of the city of Kyiv. The façade of the apartment block was damaged, and there was a fire on the sixth floor.

Details: Popko stated that 15 people, 4 of them children, were saved.
Crews from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and teams of medics are working at the scene.
Information about casualties is being established.
Updated at 04:13: “In the Dniprovskyi district, where the façade of an apartment building was damaged, a fire started on the sixth floor and an evacuation was carried out, and then the fire was contained.
There are a lot of casualties. People were mainly cut by glass due to the windows being broken by a blast wave. All the casualties are getting medical treatment.”

- On the night of 12-13 December a series of explosions was heard in the city of Kyiv. After that an air-raid warning was issued in the city and in Kyiv Oblast.
- After the missile attack, houses and vehicles were on fire on the left bank of Dnipro River in Kyiv, injuring more than 50 people.
