A total of 70% of Kherson’s consumers were left without electricity on 26 December due to Russian attacks.

Quote: “The energy infrastructure of Kherson has been severely damaged due to yesterday’s Russian attack. 70% of consumers are left without electricity,” said Prokudin.
Prokudin added that “power engineers are already working”, “they assess the extent of damage and then immediately begin emergency recovery operations afterwards.”
“For now, it’s difficult to say when the work will be complete. However, experts are doing everything possible and impossible to restore electricity as quickly as possible,” Prokudin summarised.
