Widening in 10-Year BTP-Bund Yield Spread Seen Contained

Natixis Research has lowered its forecasts for eurozone government bond yield spreads, particularly for Italy, now seeing the 10-year BTP-Bund spread at 170 basis points in March, down from their previous projection of 190bps, but still above Tuesday’s close of 155bps.
