Russian artillery forces shell centre of Vovchansk, killing 61-year-old woman

The Russians shelled the centre of the city of Vovchansk in Kharkiv Oblast on the morning of 13 February, killing a 61-year-old woman attending the local market.

Details: Syniehubov said a 61-year-old civilian woman died from a blast injury and another 50-year-old civilian was injured.
He added that people were in the local market at the time of the attack.
Background: Russian artillery targeted a farm in the village of Kurylivka (Kharkiv Oblast) on the morning of 13 February, killing two male civilians and injuring a 36-year-old man and a woman.
