The group included four far-right St. Petersburg residents who were plotting to poison food meant as humanitarian aid for Russian troops in the special military operation zone and for residents of new Russian regions on the instructions of their handlers from the Russian Volunteer Corps and Ukrainian intelligence, the FSB said
