Mikhail Razvozhayev, the so-called governor of Sevastopol, said that air defence systems were working in the city. According to him, “several air targets have been shot down”. He also claimed that “the smoke in the area of the inner raid, Sevastopol and Pivdenna bays, is due to the military using their service camouflage equipment”.
