Russian forces bombarded the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi in Kharkiv Oblast on the afternoon of 3 April, injuring an elderly man.

Quote: “Russian forces fired on the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi at around 11:00 on 03 April. As a result, a man born in 1954 was injured.”
Details: The man was reportedly taken to hospital. An investigative team, forensic experts and bomb disposal experts are currently working at the scene. Law enforcement officers have opened a criminal case with respect to the violation of the laws and customs of war.
