Ukraine’s intelligence releases video of Russian speedboat destruction in Crimea

Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU) has confirmed a special operation in temporarily occupied Crimea, during which a Russian speedboat was destroyed overnight on 6 May.

Quote: “A speedboat of Russian invaders was destroyed, using the Magura V5 strike maritime drone, as a result of the operation by the Group 13 special forces unit of Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. The successful mission in the Vuzka (Narrow) Bay in the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea was made possible with the support of the United24 platform.”
Details: The intelligence officers released a video as evidence.
DIU notes that as fear of Ukrainian attacks forces the Russians to keep large ships of the Black Sea Fleet as far away from the peninsula as possible, combat operations continue against the fast manoeuvrable military vessels of the Russians that illegally remain in Ukrainian territorial waters off the coast of Crimea.

Background: With the help of the Magura V5 strike maritime drones, Russian ships Tsezar Kunikov, Ivanovets, Sergei Kotov, Akula and Serna had already been destroyed, and Ivan Khurs had been damaged.
On 6 May, a source of Ukrainska Pravda reported that reconnaissance officers had hit a Russian speedboat with a marine drone in the area of Vuzka Bay in temporarily occupied Crimea.
