Russian forces hit car evacuating from Vovchansk: 2 civilians killed

A car carrying civilians who were trying to evacuate has come under Russian fire in the town of Vovchansk, leaving two people killed.

Details: The investigation has found that four civilians tried to leave Vovchansk by car on 16 May.

They came under Russian fire on their way through the town, killing the driver, 70, and a passenger, 83, on the spot.

The driver’s wife and another passenger have been injured.
