Situation on Pokrovsk front in some areas requires Ukrainian Armed Forces to “manoeuvre” – Ukrainian General Staff

The Pokrovsk front remains the hottest along the entire contact line, with the situation in some areas “requiring Ukrainian troops to manoeuvre”.

Details: The General Staff notes that 94 combat clashes have taken place on the contact line since the beginning of the day.
During the day, Russian forces launched three missile attacks (using three missiles), 35 airstrikes (including 48 guided aerial bombs) and 367 kamikaze drone attacks on the territory of Ukraine. They fired almost 2,800 times on Ukrainian positions and settlements using various types of weapons.
Quote: “On the Kharkiv front, the Russian invaders made 10 attempts to push our units out of their positions. Ukrainian troops repelled six enemy attempts to advance towards Lyptsi, as well as an assault on the Pletenivka-Vovchansk axis. The situation remains tense in and around Starytsia, where one attack from the area of Novaya Tavolzhanka (Russia) was repelled. Two more attacks from Buhruvatka continue.
Ukrainian defenders are counterattacking and taking measures to strengthen their defences.
On the Kupiansk front, the number of enemy attacks increased to 12. Hostilities continue in and around Synkivka, Ivanivka and Novoiehorivka. Near Berestove, our defenders repelled two enemy assaults. The situation is under control, and measures are being taken to stabilise the situation.”
Details: The military reported that on the Siversk front, our defenders repelled 10 Russian assaults in the areas of Bilohorivka, Vyimka and Rozdolivka. There were also 10 attacks on the Kramatorsk front.
According to the General Staff, the Pokrovsk front remains the hottest along the entire contact line.
Quote: “Since the beginning of the day the number of enemy attacks has increased to 37. The enemy made 15 attempts to advance from Ocheretyne in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Kalynove, Prohres and Yevhenivka. Heavy fighting continues there. In addition, the Russian invaders continue to try to break through our defences in and around Novoselivka Persha, Sievierne and Netailove.
In some areas, the situation requires our troops to manoeuvre. The defence forces are taking measures to repel the enemy and stabilise the situation.”
