Ukrainian Armed Forces record 124 combat clashes on contact line, majority of them on Siversk front – Ukrainian General Staff

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported that 126 combat clashes took place on the contact line over the past day.

Quote: “Rocket Forces and Artillery from the Defence Forces hit five clusters of enemy personnel, four air defence systems and one artillery system over the course of the day.
During the day, the Russian occupiers launched two missile attacks on the territory of Ukraine using six missiles and 37 air strikes using 51 UAVs, and launched 359 kamikaze drones. In addition, the occupiers fired over 2,100 times at the positions of our troops and settlements using various types of weapons.”
Details: It is known that on the Kharkiv front, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions six times in the areas of Lyptsi and Vovchansk.
On the Kupiansk front, a tense atmosphere remains in the areas of Berestove and Stelmakhivka. The Russians’ intention to advance towards Synkivka, Nevske and Terny failed. The situation is under the Ukrainian Defence Forces’ control.
Preliminary reports indicate that the Russians have lost 61 people in this area over the past 24 hours. Two vehicles have been destroyed and one tank, two artillery systems and one air defence system have been damaged.
Quote: “The General Staff reported that the Siversk front remains one of the most tense. Since the beginning of the day, the Russian occupiers have made 24 attempts to break into the combat formations of our units in the areas of Bilohorivka, Rozdolivka, Ivano-Dariivka, Verkhniokamianske and Vyimka. Fifteen attacks have already been repelled by our defenders, and nine combat clashes are still ongoing. The defence forces are taking measures to stabilise the situation.
Over the past day, the Russians suffered 91 casualties in terms of those killed and wounded. Ukrainian troops also destroyed two tanks, an armoured combat vehicle, an artillery system and two electronic warfare systems.
Since the beginning of the day on the Kramatorsk front, Russian forces have attacked our positions five times in the areas of Kalynivka, Ivanivske and Klishchiivka. The situation is tense. The defence forces are taking measures to stabilise the situation in this area.”
Details: On the Pokrovsk front, Russians attacked our positions 35 times in the areas of Zelene Pole, Novooleksandrivka, Novopokrovsk, Novoselivka Persha, Kalynove, Netailove and Nevelske. Ukrainian defence forces repelled 26 attacks.
On the Kurakhove front, 10 Russian attempts to approach our positions in the areas of Krasnohorivka, Paraskoviivka and Vodiane were unsuccessful.
On the Orikhove front, the situation has not changed significantly, with fighting continuing in the area of Mala Tokmachka.
On the Prydniprovske front, Russian forces continue to try to push our defenders back from Krynky. Three Russian assaults failed.
