Shahed drone strike near Lviv: 70-year-old security guard injured – photos

A 70-year-old guard has been injured in a Russian drone strike in the village of Malekhiv, which is the part of Lviv hromada [an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories]. The guard is in moderate condition.

Quote from Sadovyi: “A strike recorded in Malekhiv, Lviv hromada.
A 70-year-old male guard was injured. He is in moderate condition and was hospitalised.”
Details: An air-raid warning was issued again in Lviv Oblast at 04:30.
Sadovyi later reported that a multi-storey residential building in Malekhiv was damaged, with 20 windows broken.
An office building where the guard was injured was also affected.
Windows in five buildings in a residential area were broken.
Later, Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, reported that a 47-year-old man was injured during the first Shahed drones night attack in Malekhiv, Lviv Oblast.
The man sustained cut wounds. Medical workers provided assistance at the scene. He didn’t require hospitalisation.
“This is what was officially confirmed by the Lviv Oblast Centre for Emergency Medical Care and Disaster Medicine as of 05:30,” he added.
It is unclear whether this is the same man Sadovyi mentioned earlier.
Background: It was reported that air defence systems were responding to Russian Shahed drones in Lviv Oblast on the night of 18-19 June.
