Mine powered down due to Russian attacks again: 73 miners were trapped underground

An aerial line of the power distribution system has been damaged in a Russian attack on Donetsk Oblast, as a result of which houses and a mine have been powered down.

Details: After the outage 73 employees of the mine were trapped underground with no power. On the morning of 30 June all the employees were brought to the surface, and power supply was resumed.
In general, the situation in the power system remains complicated, the needs are being covered through domestic power generation, as well as through urgent aid from the power systems of Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
Background: On Sunday, 30 June, scheduled hourly power outages, during which the restrictions on power supply may be implemented for different regions of Ukraine, will be in place throughout the day.
