Details: Ukrainska Pravda confirms that Heilo is the Deputy Minister involved in the case, indeed.

“According to the case file, in exchange for a bribe of US$500,000, the official, [ab]using his powers, promised the heads of state-owned enterprises of the Lviv-Volyn coal basin to freely transfer mining equipment from the mines on the line of contact area of Donetsk Oblast for their use,” the SSU wrote in a statement.

The SSU also notes that the equipment in question is unique and scarce for one of the state-owned coal companies located in the hotspot of the line of contact, on the Pokrovsk front.
