Strong explosion rocks Kharkiv, mayor reports strike and fire

A strong explosion occurred in the city of Kharkiv on the night of 23-24 September, and a fire broke out in one of the districts after the strike.

Details: Terekhov and Syniehubov reported an explosion in Kharkiv at 03:38.

Terekhov stressed that the explosion was strong and loud.

Later, Terekhov reported that the strike occurred in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv, and a fire broke out there as a result.

Quote from Terekhov: “There was a strike in the Kyivskyi district of the city. According to early reports, that was a missile.

It hit the ground in an open area, a fire is being extinguished by the State Emergency Service.

There is no information about the casualties yet.”
