Ukrainian defenders repel over 50 Russian attacks on Kurakhove and Pokrovsk fronts – Ukraine’s General Staff

A total of 143 combat clashes have occurred on the battlefield over the past day, with the Russians continuing to actively assault 11 fronts. Ukrainian defenders repelled 51 Russian attacks on the Kurakhove and Pokrovsk fronts.

Details: On the Kharkiv front, there were two combat clashes reported around the settlements of Lyptsi and Tykhe.
On the Kupiansk front, seven combat clashes occurred. Ukraine’s defence forces repelled Russian assaults near the settlements of Hlushkivka, Kucherivka, Kolisnykivka and Stelmakhivka.
On the Lyman front, Ukrainian troops repelled 19 Russian assaults near the settlements of Cherneshchyna, Druzheliubivka, Nevske, Makiivka, Dibrova, Torske and Dronivka.
On the Siversk front, Ukraine’s defence forces repelled a Russian attack near the village of Fedorivka.
On the Kramatorsk front, Ukrainian soldiers stopped five Russian attempts to advance near the settlements of Kalynivka, Klishchiivka, Bila Hora and Predtechyne. The situation is under control.
On the Toretsk front, the Russians, supported with aircraft, launched 15 attacks, focusing efforts near the settlements of Dachne, Toretsk and Nelipivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 attacks. The Russians concentrated their main efforts near the settlements of Vozdvyzhenka, Marynivka, Myroliubivka, Novotoretske, Mykolaivka, Novohrodivka, Zhuravka, Krasnyi Yar and Zelene Pole.
On the Kurakhove front, Ukraine’s defence forces continue to hold back the Russians near the settlements of Tsukuryne, Heorhiivka, Kostiantynivka and Ukrainsk, where the Russians tried to break through Ukrainian defences 21 times.
On the Vremivka front, the Russians conducted eight attacks on Ukrainian positions near Pavlivka and Vuhledar (Donetsk Oblast).
On the Orikhiv front, a combat clash occurred near the village of Novoandriivka (Zaporizhzhia Oblast).
On the Prydniprovske front, the Russians conducted four unsuccessful assaults.
On the Volyn and Polissia fronts, the operational situation has not changed significantly. There is no evidence of the formation of offensive Russian groups there.
Ukraine’s defence forces continue operations in Kursk Oblast, where the Russians launched 11 air strikes over the past day using 15 aerial bombs. Moreover, the Russians carried out six attacks with multiple-launch rocket systems.
